The City of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works, Bureau of Street Services (StreetsLA) is requesting Independent Truck Owner-Operators of dump trucks to submit applications for the As-Needed Haul Truck Program’s Waiting List.
For All “New Applicants” and “Renewal Applicants” on the Current Waiting List.
1. Download a separate application by truck type. Complete and Mail a complete package to the following address by Truck Type:

All listed items must be Mailed with the application on or before the deadline. No application items will be accepted after the deadline. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON, BY E-MAIL OR AFTER THE POSTMARK DATE. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Possess a valid California Class A/B Commercial Driver’s License.
- Proof ownership of one or all of the following truck types:
1. 3-4 axle dump truck with a 15-ton minimum legal load capacity (4-axle trucks desired)
2. 5 axle semi-truck trailer high-side or low-side with a 20.7 ton minimum legal load capacity
3. Live bottom trailer (non-dumping) with truck tractor
